The 22-year-old star will perform her newest single, "State of Grace" from her fourth album Red. The single is the follow-up to her smash hit, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together." This will mark Taylor's first live television performance of "State of Grace."
"I wrote this song about when you first fall in love with someone, the possibilities and kind of thinking about the different ways that it could go. It's a really big sound to me, to me this sounds like the feeling of falling in love in an epic way," Taylor recently told Good Morning America about the new single.
Taylor hit the country pop scene in 2006 with her self-titled debut that spawned the hit, "Our Song," which made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a No. 1 song on the country chart. With the release of her sophomore album, 2008's Fearless, she crossed over to the top world with the hits "Love Story" and "You Belong To Me." Her next two releases, 2010's Speak Now and her current release Red, further solidified her place in pop history.
Throughout her career, she's earned six Grammy awards, 10 American Music Awards, seven Country Music Association Awards, six Academy of Country Music Awards, and more. In fact, she's won a total of 119 awards and Fearless is the most awarded album in country music history. Go Taylor!
